Libya is set to welcome Nigeria at the Martyrs of Benina Stadium, a 10,000-seat venue with artificial turf, for their crucial Matchday 4 encounter in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers. Located about 19 kilometers from Benghazi, this stadium—formerly known as Hugo Chávez Stadium—will be the battleground for this exciting clash.

Before this showdown, the two teams will meet in Uyo at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium on Friday, October 11. The match in Uyo kicks off at 5 PM, while the rematch in Benina will start at 8 PM Nigeria time on Tuesday, October 15.

Libya currently sits at the bottom of Group D after two rounds, having drawn 1-1 against Rwanda at home and suffering a 1-2 defeat to Benin Republic in Abidjan. In contrast, Nigeria leads the group with four points, following a commanding 3-0 victory over Benin in Uyo and a scoreless draw against Rwanda in Kigali.
